To be eligible for a refund: Refunds will be only processed if the amount was deducted twice or the subscription was not cancelled on our end and the customer reached out to us prior to the subscription renewal date.
Piracy/Account Sharing policy
We strictly do not support piracy or account sharing. If we find that an account has been shared or pirated or engaged in stealing or theft, we reserve the right to terminate the account without a refund without prior notice.
