MedAngle is a great online paid resource to assist med students with their prep. It's well designed and quite affordable as compared to all the big names. The explanation at the end of each question minimizes the need to open the textbook. It's a good revision practice resource. It helps me have an idea of the questions I'd have to deal with in the real exam.
